Community and acceptable use

Respect people, protect the game world and report problems privately.

Effective Version 2026-10-11.v1

Where these rules apply

These rules cover BotFight discussions, replies, public chat, private submissions, support requests and activity in the connected Brickworld game. Community guests have a stable browser number, rather than a verified account; there are no private direct messages.

Discussion topics and replies normally await manual approval. Enabled AI moderation checks proposed text before publication, alongside automatic spam rules and posting limits. It may block unsafe messages, hold them for human review or suggest wording that the author must choose and submit again. Human moderators can hide, restore or delete messages, review reports and mute or ban a browser guest. These checks can make mistakes, and browser-based restrictions can be evaded by changing browser identity. We do not promise continuous human monitoring.

Respect people and their privacy

  • Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate another person. Do not encourage violence or exploitation.
  • Do not share another person’s private information, credentials or intimate material. Do not ask people to reveal passwords, identity documents or payment details.
  • Do not submit illegal material, scams, spam or links designed to deceive people. Avoid sensitive personal information in nicknames, ideas and game creations.
  • Share only material you have the right to share. An idea submission does not transfer another creator’s rights to you or to BotFight.

Protect the services and world

  • Do not damage the saved world, disrupt other players or use bugs to sabotage progress.
  • Do not bypass authentication, overwhelm endpoints, evade protective limits or attempt to access someone else’s profile or private data.
  • Report a security issue privately and include only enough detail to explain it. Do not send stolen data or publish exploit instructions that put visitors at risk.
  • Ordinary feedback, accessibility reports and reproducible bug reports are welcome. Criticism does not itself violate these rules.

Report a problem or request review

Use the private contact form and choose the report or review purpose that fits. Describe the service, approximate time and issue without including unnecessary personal data. Reporting is free and does not require a BotFight account.

We review reports according to the information available and may request clarification. We do not promise continuous monitoring or a fixed response to every type of report. For a privacy request, use the privacy option and its described response process.

We may remove material or limit activity when needed to address abuse, security or legal requirements. Where practicable, we explain the reason and consider an appeal through the same form. Urgent protective action may happen before notice; we do not publish private reports or promise absolute secrecy where the law requires disclosure.

If someone may be in danger

This form is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate danger, contact the relevant local emergency service or a trusted person who can help. Do not rely on game characters or future AI features for urgent assistance.

Young visitors should involve a parent or trusted guardian when a report concerns their safety or when local rules require adult authorization.
