Terms of use

Fair rules for a free experimental game project, its catalog and idea submissions.

Effective Version 2026-10-11.v1

The current service

BotFight is an independent game project operated from Azerbaijan. The catalog, available game links and idea form are currently free. There is no BotFight site account, paid subscription, purchase flow or automated AI conversation service.

Brickworld opens on a separate game domain and maintains its own guest/account entry and progress. A Play Game availability check confirms a recent response from the game; it does not guarantee uninterrupted play or compatibility with every device.

Published concepts, artwork and roadmaps describe ideas and development direction. Only features marked available describe a current release. A roadmap is not a promise that a feature will ship on a particular date.

Using the site and game

Use the services lawfully and follow the Community rules. Do not interfere with servers or other players, steal credentials, evade protective limits, exploit faults to damage the world or publish another person’s private information.

Keep any game credentials or recovery details safe and avoid using personal details in nicknames or public creations. Let us know about security issues privately. Browsing these notices or refusing optional analytics does not require an account.

Age, parental permission and capacity rules depend on your circumstances and local law. If permission is required, obtain it before providing personal information or using a feature that needs it. We do not claim that a simple age statement verifies parental authorization.

Your ideas remain yours

You retain any rights you have in an idea or material you submit. Send only material you are entitled to share and avoid confidential or sensitive information.

By submitting it, you allow BotFight to store, read and internally discuss the submission for evaluation, support and planning during its stated retention period. This limited permission does not transfer ownership, give us an unrestricted license to publish your material or promise that we will use, pay for or credit the idea.

Similar ideas may arise independently. If we wish to publish your submission or use protected material beyond that limited review, we need an appropriate separate permission or agreement.

Project content and outside links

Messages submitted through the public community and chat are intended for public display under your guest number, subject to moderation. You retain your rights and permit storing, displaying and moderating these messages to operate the conversation. The private idea and contact forms remain private under their separate handling rules.

Project artwork, code and text may include AI-assisted work and components under their own licenses. Access to the site does not itself grant rights to copy, redistribute or commercially use material beyond its applicable license or the law.

External services have their own rules. We describe a game’s current availability as carefully as we can, but a link is not an endorsement of every future change made by another service.

Voluntary project support

You may voluntarily contribute to the development and operation of BotFight. Browsing, submitting ideas and gameplay do not require support. Contribute only if you are legally able and authorized to use the funds.

The support dialog shows USDT receiving details for TRON (TRC20). Send only USDT on that network and verify the receiving address before sending through your chosen wallet or exchange. The website does not connect wallets, initiate transfers or confirm receipt. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible; check any fees and requirements with your wallet or exchange.

Support does not buy items, paid perks, access entitlements, ranking or moderation influence, ownership or a share in the project. It is not an investment and carries no promise of returns, tax benefits, uptime or delivery of a feature.

Questions about support can be sent through the private contact form. These terms preserve any rights and refund remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.

Changes, access restrictions and support

As an experimental project, we may fix, change or retire features. Bugs and resets can occur. We seek to explain significant changes and game-specific consequences; do not assume a prototype is permanent storage for important work.

We may restrict activity or access to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Where practicable, we explain the reason and let you ask for review through the private form. Urgent protection can require action before a response.

Updated terms show their version and date. A new feature that requires acceptance or a new optional permission will provide it in its own flow; using this version does not mean automatic agreement to all future terms.

Your mandatory rights

We cannot promise an error-free service or compensate every experimental failure. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, and do not remove mandatory consumer or privacy rights.

We do not impose compulsory arbitration or require you to waive access to an appropriate court or regulator. Operating from Azerbaijan does not remove protections that apply to you under mandatory local law.

Paid products, subscriptions, payment integrations and prizes are not current features. They require separate terms, disclosures and review before introduction.
